Clinical or Management Supervision
Clinical supervision is a formal process of professional support and a working alliance, between practitioners in which theyaim to :
enhance clinical practice,
meet ethical, professional and best-practice standards,
as part of continuing professional development (CPD) while providing personal support and encouragement in relation to professional practice.
This supervision is suitable for social workers, health and social care agency managers, mental health nursing staff and those managers who work with people who might be at risk.
Supervision is carried out for one hour once a month or twice a month for newly qualified clinical managers.
Cost: £60 per hour (reduced rates for small community or charitable organisations)
